Please fill out all the forms ahead of time and bring a list of any medications (prescribed and over the counter, type of medication (extended release) and amount). Bring your current glasses, contact lens boxes or prescription so we know what you are currently wearing. If you are happy with you current contact lenses, please wear them in for the eye exam so we an evaluate the fit. The more information we have on the initial exam, the smoother the exam will be. Contact lens exam fees for an existing known brand (when you bring in your contact lens boxes) will be less than starting from scratch. Write down any questions you may have and Dr. Ly will answer them as best as she can. A new patient exam visit will take approximately 45minutes to an hour depending on whether the patient gets new glasses or fitted for contact lenses.
